A Council Bluffs man will go to trial for murder. Twenty-four-year-old Kaine Dye is charged with killing his neighbor, 64-year-old William Moser.
Moser’s body was found inside a trash can last month. Dye pleaded not guilty today. Dye’s attorney filed the written plea in Pottawattamie County Court. Prosecutors believe Dye robbed Moser, killed him , stole his truck and dumped his body. Moser and his pick up were found in Harrison County. Dye faces life in prison if convicted.
