Three northeast Iowa men are charged and two others are being sought by Fayette County authorities in a string of burglaries. Thirty-four-year-old Jeremy Knock and 27-year-old Benjamin Lane, both of Tripoli and 34-year-old Robert Rubner of Sumner were charged with numerous counts of burglary and theft for break-ins committed in Fayette, Bremer and Butler counties.

Authorities are also looking for 37-year-old Randy Clark of Sumner and 18-year-old Kevin Adelmund of Allison for their connection with some of the burglaries. Thousands of dollars of stolen merchandise has been recovered, including A-T-V’s, boats, firearms, construction tools and cash. The investigation continues and more charges are pending.
