Iowa State officials say they are thrilled with the sales of football season tickets. A year ago, the Cyclones set a record of just over 30,700 season tickets and AD Jamie Pollard says that mark was eclipsed in March.

Pollard says the goal at the beginning was to sell one more season ticket than they sold last year. They now have sold over 700 more with over four months left to sell season tickets. Pollard says he’s excited and delighted.

Pollard expects that number to get even high by the time next season begins. He says last year they didn’t get over 30,000 before August. Pollard says they’ll keep selling and keep working.
