Three Cedar Falls men face sexual assault charges after party

June 26, 2007 By admin

Three men are facing charges after a two-month-long investigation of alleged sexual assaults at a Cedar Falls party. Police say the men engaged in sex acts with at least two teenage girls and taped the encounter on video.

The investigation began April 22nd when police were called to the Cedar Falls home of Ryan Heath on a complaint that two juvenile females were sexually assaulted while at a party. The follow-up investigation revealed that Heath offered to pay a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl one-hundred dollars apiece to make a private sex video.

According to police, the girls engaged in sex acts with each other and with adult men. Health was arrested this week on multiple charges, including one felony count of sexual exploitation of a minor. Two others are also charged for their roles in the video.

Vaughn Anderson of Cedar Falls was taken into custody on two counts of sexual exploitation of minor and Ryan Miller of Papillion, Nebraska, is charged with one count of third-degree sexual abuse. According to court records, the two girls were among several teenagers who attended the party.
