PGA offers discount on golf card

August 15, 2007 By admin

It may be getting late in the season but golf enthusiasts can still get some great deals at courses across the state. The Iowa Section PGA is offering its 2007 Golf Card at half price. Tess Goudy of the Iowa PGA says the cards are being offered for $19.95. The card offers discounts all over the state and in Western Illinois.

Goudy says the cards can be used at a number of public and private courses across the state. She says there are some driving ranges and discount golf shops on the card too.

Goudy says they will sell the cars at the reduced rate until they are gone. She says this has been the best selling year, and they only have 100 or so left. Goudy says money raised from the sale of the cards goes to programs sponsored by the Iowa PGA.
