Police in Cedar Falls are investigating the death of an elderly man. Police were called to a home shortly after 6:30 last night on a report of a possible heart attack. While at the scene, officials discovered that two elderly men had been involved in an earlier altercation. Police say an 86-year-old man died shortly after the dispute.
The State Medical Examiner plans to due an autopsy to determine the cause of death. The second man, who’s 72-year-old, was taken to a local hospital for observation. Police haven’t released the names of the men involved in the altercation.
