The Iowa Hawkeyes put their unbeaten record on the line, tonight, at the South Padre Invitational as they take on Bradley. The Hawks are 4-0 but this will be their first game away from Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Iowa coach Todd Lickliter says he’s concerned because he expects it to be demanding. He says the schedule gets much more difficult.

The Hawks will play Vanderbilt or Utah State on Saturday before playing at Wake Forest on Monday night in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge. Lickliter says he has a tremendous respect for Bradley, but at the same time they will relax and have some fun on the trip.

Former walk-on Dan Bohall has been a lift in the early going. The Sioux City native had ten points and five assists in Tuesday night’s win over Maryland-Eastern Shore. He credits Adam Haluska, who graduated last year, with pushing him to be a better player. Bohall says the Hawks need to continue to cut down on turnovers, as they struggled early with a new system.
