A Nebraska judge has suspended an Iowa man’s driving privileges for over a decade after the man’s 10th drunk driving charge. It happened to 48 year old Russell Mccormick of Council Bluffs in Douglas county court.

Mccormick will spend 30 to 60 months in prison and will not be allowed to drive for 15 years. McCormick was first arrested for D-U-I in 1985. At his latest arrest, his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. The attorney for the convicted drunk driver says his client is a friendly enough guy who is not evil and is a hard worker.
