Police are trying to determine who killed a Des Moines teenager who was shot outside an apartment building this week. Des Moines police detectives say 18 year old Joshua Ray Hutchinson suffered a gunshot to the head.
Residents of the Center Park Apartment Complex reported hearing several shots early Thursday morning. Hutchinson’s body was found in the snow outside the building. Police have not made any arrests. Hutchinson was scheduled to make a court appearance next Thursday on a possession of marijuana charge from November.
