Two Iowa men were sentenced to prison Wednesday on federal charges. A U.S. District Court judge has sentenced 37-year-old Troy Michael Barnes to six-and-a-half years in prison after he pled guilty to receiving child pornography.

Barnes admitted to downloading child pornography from the Internet onto his home computer from August of 2005 through January of 2006. In the other case, 44-year-old Stanley Chris Davis of Des Moines was sentenced to just over two years in prison for conspiracy to make counterfeit money.

Davis admitted that he helped produce counterfeit one, five, 10, 20 and 100 dollar bills from November 2004 until January of 2005.
