The Drake Bulldogs will try to win their 14th straight game and stay unbeaten in the Missouri Valley race when they visit Bradley, tonight. The Bulldogs may be without sophomore guard Josh Young for the second straight game. The Valley’s leading scorer missed Saturday’s win over Missouri State with a sprained ankle.

Drake coach Keno Davis says he doesn’t want to say he won’t play and then he does. Davis says some players respond better to injuries than others, and Young has not been one who has been injured a lot.

Davis say winning at Bradley is always a tough chore, and they are going to go out and try to play as loose as they can offensively in shooting the three and then focus on playing good defense and rebounding.

Bradley coach Jim Les says Drake’s 14-1 record is no fluke. He says they are a good basketball team with veteran leadership that is playing well and is sound on both ends of the floor.
