Former Webster City coach indicted on child porn charges

March 1, 2008 By admin

A former junior high coach in Webster City faces child pornography charges. Forty-one-year old Shawn Lee Moffle of Webster City has been indicted on six counts of producing child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.

Mofle was the 7th grade boys basketball coach at Webster City Middle School from November of 2003 until he was released from his duties this past January. He was not a teacher for the Webster City schools and school officials say he does not serve as a volunteer in any program.
