Spencer woman faces charges after "road rage" incident

April 14, 2008 By admin

A Spencer woman allegedly aimed a bit of road rage at a Clay County Deputy and wound up charged with disorderly conduct.

The deputy was driving south on a well-traveled road in Spencer early Friday afternoon. Authorities say 28-year-old Lisa Blazek was on the same street and she tried several times to change lanes in heavy traffic. When she finally was able to change lanes, Blazek raised her hand, directed an obscene gesture at the deputy and uttered some profanity.

Cops found Blazek at a local mall an hour and a half later, arrested her and took her to jail.
