The senior catcher and pitcher had a big week at the plate and on the mound. in an 11-10 victory over Ballard of Huxley, Nicklos slammed a pair of homers including a grand slam in the bottom of the seventh inning and the next day tossed a complete game four hitter in a 2-0 win over Roland-Story. Nicklos had eight hits in 14 plate appearances on the week, including eight RBIs and he also scored five times.
