Minnesota sending flood help to Iowa

Minnesota’s Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management will send staff and law enforcement officers to Iowa today to help with flood relief. The help is part of a compact, which provides a mechanism for states to help each other during times of need, and of course, this is definitely one of those times. in addition to those heading into Iowa today, Minnesota emergency medical services and fire support are also on standby.
