He also earned two wins on the mound and in 14 innings of work gave up seven hits, two earned runs and struck out 17 batters. In a victory over BCLUW, Benson pitched nine innings and gave up no earned runs, three hits and struck out nine. At the plate he was two-of-four with a double and a run scored.
