Flood victims in Cedar Rapids will soon be flooded with pasta, thanks to their Midwestern neighbors. After the flooding, the Dakota Growers Pasta Company, based in Fargo, North Dakota, decided to donate 39,000 pounds of pasta to those impacted, but they didn’t have a way to get it to Cedar Rapids.

A call went out for help and now, K-2 Logistics of Eagan, Minnesota, has stepped forward to provide a semi and a driver to deliver the goods. The 1,300 cases of spaghetti are to arrive at the relief center in Cedar Rapids tomorrow.
