Fort Dodge police investigate death of man

September 22, 2008 By admin

Fort Dodge police are investigating the shooting death of a man early Saturday. Thirty-six-year-old Matt Huffman was shot in the 1100 block of 10th Avenue Southwest in Fort Dodge. Huffman was then taken to Trinity Regional Medical Center where he died of his gun shot wound a short time later.

Fort Dodge Police and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation spent the weekend interviewing several individuals that may provide the information leading to the shooting early Saturday. No arrests have been made at this time.
