The UNI men look for their third straight victory, tonight, when they visit Creighton in Missouri Valley Conference action. The Panthers are coming off their most impressive week of the season with victories over Southern Illinois and Wichita State and now get set for a matchup featuring two teams with 2-1 marks in league play.

Junior guard Ali Farokhmanesh says they are approaching it as another game, as Creighton is a good team, but they’re just excited to go out and play again and get better. Farokhmanesh had 17 points and made five-of-eight from three point range in the victory over Wichita State.

UNI coach Ben Jacobsen says while the Panthers had a great week they need to be concerned about the task at hand, as he says what happened last week won’t win the game against Creighton.

The Panthers are 8-6 overall. Creighton is 12-3.
