Authorities are looking into the death of a north-central Iowa child. Police in the Hamilton County community of Jewell with assistance from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating the death of 15-month-old Tanner Doran of Jewell.
Doran was found dead at his residence back on December 1st. Wednesday, the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Ankeny ruled the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head and the manner of the death as homicide. The circumstance surrounding Doran’s death are suspicious in nature with the investigation continuing.
