Webster City Police arrested two men on Monday who escaped from the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility on April 12th. They are 37-year-old Bobby Gene Guy of Council Bluffs and 18-year-old Johnny Raymond Bolen of Nevada.

Guy was wanted on a federal warrant for failure to comply with sex offender laws for first degree rape. Bolen had multiple warrants from Webster and Story counties for escape from custody, probation violation, operating without consent, second-degree theft and third-degree burglary.

Both men were seen walking on a residential street yesterday when a police officer identified and apprehended the pair. The U.S. Marshal’s Office and Webster County authorities were contacted for extradition. Bolen and Guy were transported to the Hamilton County Jail in Webster City and were brought back to the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility.
