Iowa offering "mini" ticket packages

June 15, 2009 By admin

The University of Iowa is offering "mini-season ticket packages" for the upcoming football season. U of I ticket manager Pam Finke says says the mini-packs give fans more flexibility than a regular season ticket package.

Finke says they like to let people buy multiple games before the single games go on sale, as some people like to go to the early games, while others only want to go to later season games.

Finke says the only game that is not part of the package is the October 10th matchup with Michigan, which is the homecoming game and Michigan is expected to use its whole allotment of games.

Finke says there are a number of ways fans can purchase their tickets. You can go on-line at: www.hawkeyesports.com or call 1-800-IA-Hawks.

Iowa’s season opener is September fifth at home against UNI.
