Two die in Hancock County accident

June 19, 2009 By admin

Two people died in an accident in Hancock County Thursday. The Iowa State Patrol says it appears a car driven by 19-year-old Koh Tsurauta of Lake Mills went through a stop sign and broadsided a car driven by 58-year-old Harlan Derr of Rudd.

Derr died at the scene as did 19-year-old Tyler Brighton of Lake Mills. Tsuruta and another passenger 19-year-old Alexander Mosby of Lake Milles were injured. Their conditions were not known.
