The sophomore hit .667 for the week and in four games had two homers, three doubles, scored seven runs and drove in seven runs. Dermody was perfect in three trips to the plate with a homer and scored three runs in a victory over Pella. He also homered, slammed a double and drove in six runs in a win over Winterset.
