Class 4A: Damek Tomscha, Sioux City North

In three games the junior shortstop batted .769 with ten hits in 13 at-bats. He finished the week with nine RBI, scored six runs and had four stolen bases. Tomscha was five-of-six with five RBI and scored three runs in a victory over Sioux Falls Lincoln and slammed a homer, two doubles and drove in four runs in a sub-state victory over Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson.
