Riding a two game winning streak the Iowa Hawkeyes are on the road in the Big Ten to take on sixth ranked Michigan State. The Hawks are coming off their first conference victory and now must visit one of the toughest home courts in the league.

Iowa coach Todd Lickliter asys it is an impressive environment that helps the home team. But he says it is fun to go into those environments with everything against you to see what you can do. He says the win over Penn State was a big one for his team, as they have been preparing well and working hard. Lickliter says it is a challenging league, but the team is developing.

The Spartans are off to a 5-0 start but coach Tom Izzo says it is too early to call them the favorites. He says there is a lot of basketball left. Michigan State rolled to a lopsided win over the Hawkeyes in the first matchup in Iowa City.
