A 12-year-old Muscatine girl is safe in Jacksonsville, Florida, waiting for relatives to return her to Iowa. Rosario Orr was reported missing Friday after failing to come home from her middle school. Police found her Sunday in Jacksonville.

She was with 35-year-old Justin Carter of Jacksonville, who was arrested on unrelated drug charges. Police say she is in good condition and was not injured or harmed. Rosario was recovered following an investigation by the FBI office in Omaha. Authorities believe Rosario met Carter on the Internet.

They tracked her by using her cell phone records. The FBI is reviewing federal charges in the case.
