Mason City woman dies in Montana crash

September 13, 2010 By Radio Iowa Contributor

A Mason City woman is dead and her husband hospitalized after a car accident in western Montana over the weekend. The Great Falls Montana Tribune reports that Eva Taylor died as the result of an accident on Saturday morning on Montana Highway 80 between Denton and Stanford in Fergus County.

Righty-six-year-old Gordon Taylor was driving the car and reportedly lost control of the vehicle on a stretch of gravel. The car rotated counter-clockwise with the passenger side striking a school bus headed in the opposite direction. Nobody on the bus was injured.

Gordon Taylor at last report was in the intensive care unit at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings.
