One person was died in a three-vehicle crash in Des Moines this morning. About 6:30, Des Moines police say a semi-truck and a car collided on the capitol city’s east side. The car slid across the road into oncoming traffic and was hit on the driver’s side door by a pick-up. The driver of the car was killed. The pickup’s driver was hurt. No charges were filed and no names have been released.
