Goldfield man dies in accident

A 75-year-old man from Goldfield died in a two car accident northwest of Webster City in Hamilton County Monday afternoon. The victim is identified as Duane Schipull.

The Iowa State Patrol reports Schipull was driving a car eastbound on 210th Street when he made a left turn into the path of a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Bronson Andrew of Fort Dodge. Schipull died of his injuries in the accident while Andrew escaped injury. The accident remains under investigation.
