Urbandale police rule out foul play in deaths

July 6, 2011 By Dar Danielson

Police in the Des Moines suburb of Urbandale now say foul play is not suspected in the deaths of two people there. Police says they found two people, now identified as 56-year-old Larry Miller and 44-year-old Tina Miller, dead inside a duplex where they lived Tuesday afternoon following a call from their landlord.

Police had initially said the deaths were suspicious, and they were waiting for autopsy results. The autopsies were completed and police now say they don’t believe foul play was involved.

Police say they are still waiting for the results of toxicology tests to determine the Miller’s cause of death.
