Authorities arrest one, seek another in robbery at congressman’s home

July 19, 2011 By O. Kay Henderson

A southern Iowa man has been arrested and another man from Nebraska is being sought in connection with Saturday night’s home invasion at Congressman Leonard Boswell’s farmhouse in rural southern Iowa.

Nineteen-year-old Cody John Rollins was arrested today and has been charged with a variety of felonies, including first degree burglary, assault, going armed with intent, and three counts of first degree robbery.

The second suspect is 20-year-old David Palmer Dewberry of Fremont, Nebraska. Authorities say his whereabouts are unknown and they’re warning the public he is “armed and dangerous.”
