Floyd County authorities say a helicopter crashed today about three miles northeast of Charles City. The helicopter was being used as a crop duster.
The pilot of the aircraft was able to escape the wreckage, but was complaining of back pain. The victim was transported to the Floyd County Medical Center with unknown injuries.
No names, or other information about the crash was immediately available.
