The Iowa State Cyclones will try to pull off a stunning upset in their home finale when they take on second ranked Oklahoma State. The Cyclones are 5-4 and need to win one of their final three games to go bowling, while the 10-0 Cowboys are two victories away from playing in the BCS national championship game.

I.S.U. coach Paul Rhoads says “anything can happen”, but to have a chance the Cyclones will need to take advantage of their opportunities. He says they need to tackle well and get a turnover, or defensive or special teams score to make it happen.

Rhoads says the Cyclones need to play well and get some breaks, and he says Oklahoma State has to have some things go wrong for them for his team to have the opportunity at the upset.

Tonight’s game will mark the first time the Cyclones drew more than 50,000 fans for every home game and Rhoads hopes they have plenty to cheer about. Rhoads says he was disappointed in their play against Texas because of the big crowd and he doesn’t want the same thing to happen here.
