Randall woman dies in Hamilton County crash

December 19, 2011 By Radio Iowa Contributor

A one-car crash in north-central Iowa’s Hamilton County on Sunday killed a 77-year-old woman from Randall.

The Iowa State Patrol identified the victim as Florence Mary Klein.

Reportedly, a southbound 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Klein went off the east shoulder of County Road R-61 and over corrected to the right side.

Klein lost control of her car entering the east ditch, rolled once end over end where it came to rest.

Klein was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames where she died of her injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
