There are new developments in a plot that was uncovered last month to shoot students at Ottumwa High School. Ottumwa Police Chief Jim Clark say two more students were arrested Tuesday on a charge of conspiracy to commit terrorism.

Charged are: 17-year-old Fred Marshall Kirfman and 15-year-old Troi Leigh Ann Milstead of Ottumwa. On December 16th, Emily Kay Six, also of Ottumwa, was arrested for conspiracy to commit terrorism. She was arrested following an investigation, after a student notified school officials that Six was soliciting other students to help her carry out a plan to shoot students at the high school.

Kirfman and Milstead were transported to a juvenile detention facility.
