Council Bluffs police looking for 4 people in beating case

March 6, 2012 By Radio Iowa Contributor

Council Bluffs police are looking for four suspects after a local man was severely beaten outside his home over the weekend. Police Sergeant Chad Meyers identifies the victim as 33-year-old Jason Muller and he was assaulted on Sunday afternoon.

Sergeant Meyers says, “We’re still looking for four suspects, one black male and three white males.” The victim told police he heard someone near his car, went outside to check on it and was attacked.

Meyers says it’s the same area of town where another resident, 40-year-old Andrea Moulton, was badly beaten on February 28th.

“There’s nothing at this time to indicate the two incidents are related,” he says. Both Moulton and Muller remain hospitalized.
