Motorcyclist dies in roll-over accident

May 28, 2012 By Radio Iowa Contributor

A 55-year-old Humboldt man was killed late Sunday morning as the result of a motorcycle accident north of Stratford. on a paved county road. The Iowa State Patrol identified the victim as Mark Hart.

Investigators say the 1993 Honda motorcycle operated by Hart was traveling south bound when the rear tire of the cycle blew out, causing the motorcyle to land in the ditch and roll onto its side. Hart was transported to a Webster City hospital by ambulance where he died of his injuries.
