Rockwell City woman dies in accident

February 20, 2013 By Radio Iowa Contributor

A Rockwell City woman was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle accident near Clarion in Wright County. The Iowa State Patrol identified the victim as 47-year-old Lisa Ann Berry.

Reportedly a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager minivan driven by Berry was traveling eastbound when it crossed the centerline of the roadway colliding head on with a westbound 2005 Dodge Durango driven by 44-year-old Dean E. Johnson of Livermore. Berry was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

Johnson was airlifted to Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines with non-life threatening injuries.
