Coming off of a one-point win over Iowa City High last week, 3rd ranked Cedar Falls will play their first home game of the season tonight as they host Waterloo East. The Trojans dropped their opener against Dubuque Wahlert last week, but Tiger co-Head Coach Pat Mitchell says East High brings in a lot of talent.

Co-Head Coach Brad Remmert says that Cedar Falls will have to try to control the flow of the game on both sides of the ball. “And be able to get a blend of running and throwing the football…and then on defense be able to limit the big play,” Remmert says.

Trojan coach Kevin Meyer says it’s tough to scout Cedar Falls because they have so few weaknesses. Cedar Falls has won 16 consecutive meetings with East.
