Iowa State looks for their second straight win in their second straight Thursday night game tonight against Texas in Ames. The clouds are clearing off and fans should be dry for most of the game.

It’s the  Cyclones’ Big 12 opener, while Texas is coming off a bye week after winning their conference opener 31-21  over Kansas on September 21.

Texas holds a 9-1 lead in the series with the lone Cyclone win coming back in 2010 in Austin.
