Garner man dies in Hancock County accident

December 16, 2013 By Radio Iowa Contributor

A 41-year-old Garner man was killed early Sunday in a one-vehicle accident in Hancock County. The Iowa State Patrol identified the victim as David J. Hueneman. Reportedly, a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Hueneman was traveling westbound on Hancock County Road B-40 when he lost control of the truck. The Hueneman vehicle ran off the road into a ditch where it rolled several times ejecting the driver. Hueneman was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
