An exhibit celebrating the life of the late Princess Diana is getting an extended life in Davenport. The exhibit at the Putnam Museum was supposed to close Sunday, but it’s been so popular, arrangements were made to keep it three extra weeks, through January 26th.

It’s a huge exhibit, covering nine galleries with 150 items from Diana’s life. One centerpiece is her wedding gown and its 25-foot-long train. The exhibit, “Diana: A Celebration,” concludes its international tour this summer and, according to her will, the items will all be returned to her sons.
