A Sioux City company plans to close its doors by the end of March. Bimbo Bakeries has announced that they will cease operations in Sioux City by March 28th. The workers were informed of the decision in meetings on Friday.
The company employs 64 people. The plant located on the north side of the city and was formerly owned and operated locally my Metz Baking.
