Iowa Network Services Boys High School Basketball Players of the Week 2/4/14

Class 4A: Brady Ernst, Clinton
The junior averaged 19 and a half points, 10 rebounds and shot 77 percent from the field in two games. Ernst scored 21 points, hauled down 10 rebounds and blocked two shots in a victory over Davenport North. He made nine of 10 shots in the game.

Class 3A: Tyler Borchers, LeMars
The junior averaged just over 21 points, six rebounds, six assists and three steals in a pair of wins. Borchers scored 23 points, added six rebounds, eight assists, five steals and blocked five shots in a victory over Cherokee.

Class 2A: Kyle Smith, New Hampton
The senior averaged 17 and a half points, seven rebounds and three assists in three wins. Smith poured in 25 points and added five rebounds in a victory over Crestwood. He connected on five of six from three point range.

Class 1A: Mason Speer, Danville
The junior averaged 26 points, five rebounds, six assists and four steal in two victories. Speer scored 33 points, including seven three pointers, in a win over West Burlington and in the two games connected on 55 percent from three point range.
