Iowa Network Services Girls High School Basketball Players of the Week 2/5/14

Class 5A: Haley Puk, Waterloo West
The senior averaged 19 and a half points and shot 53 percent from three point range in two wins. Puk scored 21 points, added four assists and two steals in a victory over Dubuque Wahlert. She connected on five of 10 shots from behind the arc.

Class 4A: Reeann McCarty, West Delaware
The senior averaged 18 points, eight rebounds and just over three steals in a pair of victories. McCarty scored 20 points, added seven rebounds, four assists and three steals in a win over Maquoketa. She made eight of 11 shots from the floor.

Class 3A: Kate Walker, Red Oak
The junior averaged more than 22 points, eight rebounds and eight assists in three wins. Walker posted a triple-double in a victory over Southwest Valley with 26 points, 11 rebounds and 14 assists.

Class 2A: Ashley Williams, Lawton-Bronson
The senior averaged 32 and a half points, nearly 10 rebounds, six assists and six steals in two victories. Williams scored 33 points, hauled down 10 rebounds and recorded six steals in a win over Ridge View.

Class 1A: Carmen Subbert, Stanton
The senior averaged 16 points and nine and a half rebounds in three wins. Subbert poured in 24 points, grabbed nine rebounds, added four assists, four steals and blocked three shots in a victory over East Mills.
