Newton police and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are looking into the death of a Colorado man whose body was found in Newton early Tuesday morning. While following up on a prior call, officers found the man dead in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Courtyard Apartments.

Colorado Springs police confirm, it’s 61-year-old Grant Frasier who’d been missing since February 16th. An autopsy has been ordered and police aren’t commenting on how Frasier may have died.

An arrest warrant is issued for a woman who was last seen with Frasier. She’s identified as 21-year-old Bionca Rogers, a black female, 5′ 6″, 125 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Rogers is considered a person of interest. Two warrants for Rogers’ arrest were issued earlier this month — before Frasier vanished — for child abuse and carrying a concealed weapon.
