Williams man dies in accident

March 24, 2014 By Radio Iowa Contributor

A 53-year-old man from Williams was killed this morning in a one vehicle accident in north-central Iowa. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department has identified the victim as Robert D. Callos Junior.

A crash report states Callos was driving a pickup on 220th Street west of Blairsburg when he lost control. The pickup crossed the center line, entered the south ditch, and rolled one-and-a-half times before coming to rest. Callos was pronounced dead at the scene.
