Two people shot to death in Cedar Rapids

Cedar Rapids police are investigating a double-homicide. Police were called to a southeast side address just after 10 p.m. and found two people who had been shot.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Police are not providing any other information on what may’ve led to the shooting or if there are any possible suspects. They are also withholding the names of the victims pending notification of their family. Police are asking anyone with any information on the shootings to call the department or the Linn County Crime Stoppers.
