Two found dead in Coraville hotel

December 10, 2014 By Dar Danielson

State investigators are helping Coralville police after two people were found dead in a hotel room. Coralville police were called to the Suburban Inn extended stay hotel just before seven o’clock Tuesday evening after the hotel staff found two people dead in a room.

A news release from the DCI says it has not been determined if foul play is involved in the deaths, although the Coralville police chief says area residents are not believed to be in danger.

The DCI says an autopsy will be conducted to identify the two individuals and to determine a cause of death.
